By downloading, accessing or using Bible Quest (the "App") or our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. Bible Quest is operated by Nexlora (solutions) Ltd, registered at 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Bible Quest. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate and complete.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use.

When using Bible Quest, you agree not to:

• Attempt to access, interfere with or disrupt our systems or other users' accounts.
• Use fake location data, bots or other means to manipulate XP, rewards or leaderboards.
• Harass, abuse or impersonate other explorers.
• Upload content that is unlawful, offensive or infringes anyone else's rights.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or extract source code from the App.

Bible Quest, its logo, content, Heritage Card artwork, software and all related materials are owned by Nexlora (solutions) Ltd or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.

XP, Heritage Cards, relics and other virtual items have no real-world monetary value and are not transferable or refundable unless required by law. In-app purchases are final and processed through Apple App Store or Google Play policies.

Bible Quest encourages walking and outdoor exploration. Always follow local laws, respect private property, stay aware of your surroundings and do not put yourself or others at risk. We are not responsible for any injury, loss or damage that occurs during real-world use of the App.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if your conduct harms the community. You may delete your account at any time from within the App.

Bible Quest is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we aim for accurate location data and content, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or completely accurate service.

To the extent permitted by law, Nexlora (solutions) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by email.
